Tech spec
There's a heck of a lot of rubbish spoken about cricket bats, so we'll keep it simple. Beautiful Grade A straight grained English Willow with a large sweet spot in just the right place. No matter what weight you choose, the pick-up is balanced and easy. Gently pressed, not murdered, with a smooth bowed profile. We do not sponsor any International players, so our bats cost less and the quality remains constant. There you are, simple- oh yes and one more thing, we don't believe that grooves, scoops or ridges improve the performance or look of a cricket bat.

The Red Boa is not workshop prepared, and we advise 2-3 hours knocking in before the bat will be ready for match play.

We recommend you take up the choice of adding an anti scuff sheet to your bat, this will protect your bat and eliminate the need for linseed oil. There is a small additional cost, but it will prolong the life of your bat.

You also have the choice to add your initials to the shoulder of the bat for £3.00. A nice personal addition which prevents you from having to draw your name all over it in horrible marker pen'.
